Are the TCM kangtai chinese medicine centers open?

Yes, all centers are open as usual. According to the ordinance of the Federal Council of 13.1.2021, which comes into force on 18.1.2021, TCM centers may remain open.

What needs to be considered with TCM treatments in the current situation?

The protection concept for TCM centers approved by the Federal Office of Public Health applies to all branches. The protection concept includes, among other things, hand disinfection of the patient and therapist before treatment, surface disinfection of the surfaces that the patient has touched, such as the patient bed and door handle after each treatment, as well as wearing protective masks for the therapists and assistants. In order to avoid several people at the reception, we ask you to reserve your appointment in advance by phone. This enables us to minimize unnecessary waiting times. Of course there is also the possibility to keep the necessary distance in the waiting area. Nevertheless, we try to accompany you directly to your treatment room whenever possible, so that you only have contact with the therapist and the assistant.

I belong to a risk group. Can I still get treatment?

Yes, but please consider that there is always a trade-off between risk and benefit. Please discuss this with us before your visit.

I have a fever and an appointment at TCM kangtai?

Please stay at home with fever, cold and respiratory complaints. If you have any symptoms and we cannot treat you. We will of course cancel or postpone the appointment with us free of charge, please briefly inform us by phone or email. It is important to us that we keep the risk of infection with the coronavirus as low as possible for our patients as well as therapists.

I have a fever and need a doctor?

Please act in accordance with the Federal Office of Public Health and contact your family doctor by phone. We are TCM therapists and cannot help you in this case.
